It would also do you good to prepare your own water from the water specially charged by the Entities which has different information structure and is called “blessed water”. Many people tell of the strong healing effect this water has on them. You can make yourself a medication with it.
Put down your full name, date of birth and signature on a piece of paper. If for any reason you cannot write, let someone else do it for you. Instead of signature, you could make a finger print. Attach the piece of paper to the bottle of Joao water which contains no less than 250 ml. Ask the Entities to charge this water so it can serve as medication for you. Wait for 15 minutes then add this 250 ml of water to a 6-litre bottle of water (mineral or spring), from which you have poured out beforehand 250 ml. Move the piece of paper onto the big bottle and fix it safely. After 24 hours the medication will be ready. Three times a day take 30 ml 15 minutes before meals. Before intakes, it would be good to thank the Entities for their support, ask for their treatment and describe your present condition.
Sip the water-medication slowly visualising it as light diffusing to every cell of yours and acting healingly. You should bear in mind though that you can prepare such medication only if you have already been at the Casa or at a seminar, or if you have your photo sent for distant healing. You could also prepare prophylactic water. Pour some drops of water from Joao water into a bottle of mineral or spring water. Wait for 15 minutes and it will be ready to drink. When you are about to get to the bottom of the bottle, pour the remaining water into a new bottle and so on and so forth.
